Wills

At GCS we understand the thought of making a Will can be daunting but be assured that at GCS, we have a team of experienced, professional Will writing Solicitors who will be happy to assist you every step of the way from taking your initial instructions to executing your Will.

A Will is a legal document stating how you wish to dispose of your assets upon your death. By making a Will you will ensure that only those people whom you wish to benefit from your estate will be provided for pursuant to your Will. If you do not make a Will you will die intestate, the effect of this is that legislation will dictate who benefits from your estate upon your death, and this may not be reflective of your wishes as to how your estate should be distributed upon your death.

If you wish to make a Will or if you have any query relating to making a Will or Estate Planning then please contact GCS Solicitors now by emailing your query to info@gcsarmagh.co.uk

Upon receipt of your enquiry we shall contact you to ensure that the legal formalities are complied with.

Disputed Estates, Trusts & Estates

Thankfully, disputes about Wills, Probates and Trusts are uncommon.  However, when they do arise, they can be extremely upsetting for all the people involved, particularly the Deceased’s next of kin. Occasionally, Wills can be challenged, and a claim may be made against the Deceased’s estate on the basis, for example, that they failed to adequately provide for Family and Dependents.

If you have any query in relation to the validity of a Deceased’s Will, then please email your query to info@gcsarmagh.co.uk or call us now on 028 3752 5999.

It is important that you do so quickly as there are important time limits that must be adhered to if you are to successfully challenge the validity of a Will – in fact, on some occasions, you have as little as six months from the Deceased’s death in which you may do so, or your case may become statute barred.  Therefore, if you think wish to discuss your claim then then it is important that you contact us as soon as possible.  We offer a free initial interview in order to discuss and assess your case. Please email your query to info@gcsarmagh.co.uk or call us now on 028 3752 5999.
