Solicitor

Colin graduated from Queen’s University of Belfast with an LL.B(Hons.) in 1994 and an MA Administrative and Legal Studies from the University of Ulster, Jordanstown in 1995. Colin subsequently practised in Dublin for over twenty years primarily in the areas of conveyancing {both residential and commercial}, wills and probate, administration of estates, Enduring Powers of Attorney, landlord and tenant and probate litigation. Colin is qualified to practice in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Claire graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with a 2:1 LL.B (Hons) degree in Law in 2019. She currently attends the Institute of Professional Legal Studies and is on course to qualify in June 2021. Claire joined GCS in September 2018 and has worked particularly in the field of litigation however, has gained some experience in criminal, family and employment law.
Deborah is a Para Legal in our firm having joined GCS in 2007. Deborah has an extensive history of working for the Unites States government prior to joining our firm. Deborah now works in the field of Litigation and deals primarily with road traffic accidents and personal injury claims.
Bronagh graduated from the University of Ulster with an LL.B (Hons) degree in Law & Economics in 2004. She subsequently attended the College of Law, Chester and qualified as a Solicitor in 2010. Bronagh Joined GCS in September 2018 having worked for firms based in Liverpool and Belfast since qualification. Bronagh works in the field of litigation and has a special interest in clinical negligence claims.
Mealla is a Director in our office having joined the firm in 2006 and was admitted as a Solicitor in 2008. She was appointed as a Director of the firm in January 2017. Mealla graduated from Queen's University Belfast with an LL.B. (Hons) degree in Law in 2002, she subsequently obtained an MSSc Master's degree in Criminal Justice Management from Queen's University Belfast in 2005. Mealla works primarily in the field of Conveyancing dealing with both residential and commercial transactions. She also deals with Wills, Administration of Estates and Liquor Licensing matters.
Stephen is a Director in our firm and joined GCS in 2014. Stephen qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2008 and was admitted onto the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland in 2011. Stephen works primarily in the field of Litigation and has 20 years' experience in dealing with Road Traffic Accidents and personal injury claims.
Oisin specialises primarily in Employment Law, Criminal Law, Commercial and General Litigation matters as well as Wills and Probate. Oisin graduated from Trinity College, Dublin in 1995 with LL.B. (Hons). Having worked as a Paralegal with Macaulay & Ritchie Solicitors in Belfast for two years, he subsequently attended The College of Law in Chester, and undertook a two year training contract with Bakewell Solicitors, Derby before being admitted as a Solicitor in Northern Ireland 2000.
